1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa recommended), broken into pieces

20 g butter or coconut oil

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation
1. Prepare the Pineapple

Place pineapple chunks into the Varoma tray or steaming basket.

Add 500 g water to the Thermomix mixing bowl.

Insert Varoma and steam 10 min / Varoma / Speed 1.

Set pineapple aside and discard water.
(Steaming enhances sweetness and softens the fruit without making it mushy.)
2. Melt the Chocolate

Place chocolate and butter (or coconut oil) into the clean mixing bowl.

Melt 5 min / 50°C / Speed 2.

Scrape down sides if needed and mix 10 sec / Speed 3 until smooth.

Add honey or spices at this stage if using.
3. Assemble

Arrange warm pineapple on serving plates.

Drizzle melted chocolate generously over the fruit.
