3 cups Rice Chex

3 cups Corn Chex

2 cups gluten-free pretzels

1½ cups gluten-free cheese crackers or bagel chips

½ cup mixed nuts (optional)
Seasoning

6 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavor)
Instructions

Preheat oven

Preheat to 250°F (120°C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine Chex cereals, pretzels, crackers, and nuts.

Make seasoning

In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika.

Pour seasoning over the cereal mixture and gently stir until evenly coated.

Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even crisping.

Remove from oven and let cool completely—it will crisp up more as it cools.
