Garbage Bread
Ingredients

1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked meats (pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, or chicken)

1 cup vegetables, chopped (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, spinach)

½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Optional topping: grated Parmesan, parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven

Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the dough

Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Add fillings

Sprinkle cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Add meats and vegetables.

Spoon sauce lightly over fillings (don’t overdo it).

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Roll and seal

Roll the dough tightly, jelly-roll style.

Pinch seams and tuck ends underneath.

Top the bread

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.

Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool and slice

Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
