3-Ingredient Yogurt Cake (Air Fryer)
This 3-ingredient yogurt cake is soft, lightly sweet, and surprisingly fluffy despite its simplicity. Made without butter or oil, it’s a great last-minute dessert or snack when you want something homemade with minimal effort. The air fryer gives it a beautifully tender crumb with a lightly golden top.
Ingredients (Only 3!)
-
1 cup (245 g) plain yogurt
(Greek or regular, unsweetened) -
2 large eggs
-
1 cup (120 g) self-raising flour
👉 If you don’t have self-raising flour, see the note below.
Instructions (Air Fryer Method)
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and eggs until smooth and well combined.
Add the self-raising flour and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 2: Prepare the Pan
Lightly grease a 6-inch (15 cm) round cake pan or air-fryer-safe dish. Pour in the batter and smooth the top.
Step 3: Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until:
-
The top is lightly golden
-
A toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the last few minutes.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
Serve plain or with your favorite toppings.
