Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
2. Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Place it on a greased baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
3. Butter and Sugar
Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle it generously over the buttered dough.
4. Bake
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and slightly crispy around the edges.
5. Optional Toppings
-
Cream Cheese Drizzle: Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a teaspoon of milk until smooth. Drizzle over the warm pizza.
-
Fruit or Chocolate: Add sliced fruits, chocolate chips, or caramel drizzle on top for extra sweetness and flavor.
6. Serve
Slice the cinnamon-sugar pizza like a regular pizza. Serve warm for the best gooey, sweet experience.
